Please review the following Terms of Service, which outline the agreement between you (the customer) and I (the fursuit designer). By commissioning a fursuit, you agree to the following terms:
Base Prices: Prices for fursuits are determined based on the complexity, materials, and labor required for each project. Base prices for common items (e.g., standard character designs) can be found in the pricing section of the website.
Custom Requests: For unique designs or specialized materials, additional fees may apply. Pricing will be finalized after a consultation and approval of the design and materials.
Adjustments: Any requested modifications after the final quote has been approved may lead to additional costs, which will be communicated to the client before proceeding.
Consultation: Quotes are provided after an initial consultation to discuss the fursuit’s details, and materials. A reference sheet with 2 or 3 views will be required to receive a quote. This can be done via email or telegram.
Minimum Age: Clients must be at least 18 years old to commission a fursuit.
Verification: I reserve the right to request age verification in the form of a government-issued ID.
Quote Validity: All quotes are valid for 30 days. If the client does not approve the quote within that timeframe, a new quote will be required, which could reflect changes in material costs or availability.
Approval: Work on your fursuit will not begin until you have reviewed and approved the quote in writing. Once approved, your project will be put into the queue and an estimated completion date will be provided.
Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total quoted price is required before work begins on the fursuit. This deposit covers the cost of materials and initial design work.
Refund Policy:
If you cancel the project before work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus the cost of any purchased materials.
Once work has started, no refunds will be given.
Payment: Payments will be made via Zelle.
Payments Plans: I offer flexible payment plans, subject to approval. The exact terms, including installment amounts and deadlines, will be agreed upon prior to starting the project. Any missed payments may result in a delay in completion. The suit will not be completed until it is completely paid off.
Requirement: For fullsuit comissions, a Duct Tape Dummy (DTD) of your body is required. I will provide instructions on how to create one. The DTD must be shipped to me and received prior to work being started on the fursuit.
Accuracy: The quality and accuracy of your DTD are crucial for the proper fit of the bodysuit. If the DTD is not accurate or unusable, you may be required to submit a new one, which could cause delays.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are not included in the original quote and will be calculated and added once the fursuit is complete. Shipping prices vary based on the size of the suit, destination, and method (standard or expedited).
International Shipping: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply.
Local Pickup: If you prefer to pick up your fursuit in person, I can arrange a local pickup time.
Repairs: I offer free repairs for any suit construction-related issues or normal wear and tear for past clients. If more extensive repairs are needed for high amounts of damage, repairs can be completed for an additional fee.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the client or an inaccurate DTD.
